Joylink was founded in 2004 by Rose Chen, a Chinese local, after she returned to live in Fuzhou after spending 5 years abroad. Rose is an experienced and competent businesswoman. Joylink worked in close cooperation with international and local companies, quickly branched out into becoming Fuzhou’s first centre for cultural training.

 

Chris Richardson joined Joylink in 2005, and has since presented cultural talks and training to professionals both in Fuzhou and the UK. Having grown up and worked in Europe, Chris has a deep understanding of both cultures and has spent the past few years living and travelling in China, and working closely with a variety of local and intrnational businesses.

 

Our team have spent the past decade as cultural liaisons, and have hands-on experience as consultants and facilitators of cross-cultural communications between local and expatriate staff.
